How fast will my order ship?

We pack and ship orders within 1-2 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your console is on its way.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

How is my console packed?

Every console is wrapped, padded, and boxed to survive the trip. If yours arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If your package has not moved within 5 business days of shipment, email us at respawnlabssc@gmail.com and we will look into it.
