Refund policy
All sales are final, with a few fair exceptions
Every console we sell is pre-owned and sold as-is with no warranty. Please read the product description carefully before you buy. What you see is what you get.
That said, we will make it right if:
- Your console arrives damaged from shipping. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
- We sent you the wrong item. Contact us within 7 days and we will fix it.
- Your console does not match its listing. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on a return or partial refund.
How to start a return
Email respawnlabssc@gmail.com with your order number and what is wrong. We reply within 2 business days with next steps.
