How do you test the consoles?
Every console is powered on and run through its paces before it lists: it boots, plays games, the controller pairs, and the ports work. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't list.
What does "sold as-is" mean?
The console is pre-owned and comes with no warranty. The listing describes exactly what you get, including controller count and storage size. Please read it carefully before buying.
Why don't you offer a warranty?
Skipping the warranty is what keeps our prices honest. You're paying for a tested console at a fair price, not a marked-up price with warranty costs baked in.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days, with tracking emailed to you.
What if my console arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you.
Can I return a console?
